Silvia Casas

Silvia Casas began her yoga journey 18 years ago, drawn not by the physical aspect, but by a deep need for mental clarity and emotional balance. Over the years, she's practiced a range of styles — from Vinyasa Flow and Hatha to Anusara, Yin, and Restorative — each offering its own kind of healing and insight. In 2024, she took a leap and enrolled in yoga teacher training, initially to deepen her personal practice. But just a few sessions in, she felt a strong pull to teach and share the grounding, healing power of yoga with others.

For her, yoga is a living practice — one that integrates mind, body, and spirit, and supports us through life’s twists and transitions. By day, she works as a product manager, and when time allows, she find joy in painting — another way she connects to presence and expression. Teaching yoga is an extension of that creative, compassionate space — and she's honored to hold it for others.
