MAY Early Access Special (Soft Launch)

 

$75/mo /Pediatric Member (12-21)

$200/mo /Adult Member (22+)

  • Full medical evaluation and labs (billed to insurance for under 22)

  • Weekly "Wednesday Walks" with Dr. Carter (starting from GP location)

  • "Monthly Mountains" family hike (one weekend local hike in May)

  • Nutrition coaching sessions (Pilates, Yoga, and "Tuesday Runs" begin in June!)

Founding Member Pricing (Full Launch June 1st)

 

$90/mo /Pediatric Member (12-21)

$255/mo /Adult Member (22+)

  • "Tuesday Runs" with Dr. Carter (starting June, from GP location)

  • Full access to weekly fitness classes, including yoga & pilates

  • Monthly group nutrition coaching and wellness workshops

  • Lifestyle goal setting and accountability check-ins

  • Special family-focused events and challenges

  • Full medical weight management care (evaluations, labs, medication management (billed to insurance for patients under 22 years of age)

  • "Monthly Mountains" family hike (one weekend local hike each month, weather permitting)

  • Priority access to class scheduling and special events

Eligibility​

  • Wellness Membership available for youth ages 12-21, and adults 22 & older

  • Pediatric pricing reflects that medical services (evaluation, labs, medications) are billed
    to insurance; membership fees cover additional wellness support services that fall outside
    insurance billing.

Sibling Discount​​: Save $20/month for each additional enrolled child!
