The nurse team of our triage service is trained to assess symptoms, provide medical advice, and offer recommendations for appropriate care based on your individual situation. If your call is not answered, leave a message for a prompt response. Our providers are back-up call for our nurse triage line.
Follow-up
Each completed call is sent to our office for review the next business day. Our staff will give you a follow-up call during business hours to make sure everything was completed and no further care is necessary.
